Blessings
and Welcome. In 1998,
a pivotal shift happened to me, this was the seven life altering
event or final phase that would lead me down the road of complete
transformation. I had arrived at a place of personal and spiritual
awakening; still much personal growth would be required, for the
cycle to be complete. After spending more than ten years studying
psychology and spirituality, I felt safe enough to once again allow
my intuitive abilities to emerge.
Today, I love my life! I am happy where I am, and I wake up each
morning excited and looking forward to where I am going. My shift or
TRANSITION required me to make a choice, that choice allowed me to
start living and fulfilling my life calling.
My mission is to coach, teach and guide you to live a life where you
can be happy, healthy and excited about who you are and where it is
you are heading within your personal, family and professional life.
This is my passion, and my life calling.
My philosophy is that everyone has the ability to create the life
they desire, and each one of us has a specific life path. In order
for the process to begin, one must choose to take the first step
forward and walk down the road of self discovery and growth.

I have been intuitive and clairvoyant all my life, and have been
reading energy for over twenty years. Prior to opening Spirit
Wellness, I spent over twenty five years working within the
corporate sector, holding positions in Training, Sales, Recruiting
and Marketing. My previous career decisions were really gifts in the
making, as this extensive background has allowed me to easily walk
between both worlds (business and spiritual) and integrate specific
skills and knowledge into my services, so I can better serve my
clients, and help them heal and change various areas within their
life.
 Part of my training consists of, but is not limited to the Certified
Coach Practitioner program through the Certified Coaches Federation.
I obtained my Reiki Master Certification at Mount Royal College
(Mount Royal University) and completed all levels of the Angelic
Healing Practitioner course that was taught through Pamela Shelley.
I have over twelve years of experience studying Psychology, Personal
Development and Spirituality and continue my studies today in a
number of areas.
My own incredible journey of transitions and transformation, has
allowed me to experience and see many miracles in life; this has
prompted me to start writing a book about the power of spirit.
