By focusing on services that help develop and heal your spiritual,
physical, mental and emotional self, we can help you relax, recover
from life's transitions and help you uncover the solutions to your
life circumstances.
At Spirit Wellness, Our philosophy is non-denominational; we believe
that each one of us has the ability to create a wonderful life, no
matter what the circumstance may be. Within us, our life answers
reside; sometimes we need help finding them.
We teach and coach self mastery, and believe that to master ones
life is a journey; it's a journey of growth and transformation.
Since our spiritual, physical, mental and emotional self are all
interconnected, when we learn to be free of negative thoughts,
emotions, actions and energy vibrations, we enable our selves to
reach our true state of awareness. When this happens, we can become
energized, healthier and happier.
Our spirit is the essence of our real self, it is the living core
within each of us and the driving force behind all that we think,
say and do. Since we have been given the incredible gift of “free
will” we can change our circumstances at anytime, which will in turn
change the course of our future.
We are happy to offer a free, monthly newsletter, which encompasses
healing, informative and empowering information. Available on
